Beyond 24/7 floor access, the gym runs instructor-led group fitness classes with hands-on form correction, plus personal training and tailored coaching programs. Owners Sam and Renee are certified trainers (Sam holds Cert III & IV in Fitness) who lead the programs with a philosophy that fitness should be fun, affordable and flexible. New members can try a free 7-day pass and a complimentary 30-minute consultation.
